Aeromexico has a vast domestic network to forty cities, together with scheduled services to the United States and across the Atlantic to Europe.
Annually, the airline has an annual revenue of US$1,000 million, carries 8.5 million passengers, has a cargo of 33,500 tonnes and has 6,450 employees.
Aeromexico is a member of the SkyTeam global alliance.
The airline has an associate carrier, Aeromexpress (QO), a wholly-owned subsidiary, which provides scheduled cargo services with a fleet of Boeing 727-200s. Aeromexpress was founded on 13 January 1994, and began flying on 9 June 1994.

International destinations are Atlanta, Dallas (Ft Worth), Houston, Lima, Los Angeles, Madrid, Miami, New Orleans, New York (JFK), Orlando, Paris, Phoenix, San Diego, Santiago, Sao Paulo and Tucson.
