This is a great place for breakfast and possibly the only part of Raffles Hotel that you can enter without your wallet trying to make a run for it. With its genteel wooden chairs and marble-top tables, it has the same colonial air, but its sandwiches, pastries and coffees are very reasonably priced. Chinese dim sum and choi pau are also available.
