Alsagoff Arabic School Edit page

Behind the Malay Heritage Centre is the Alsagoff Arabic School built in 1912, one of several madrasahs (religious schools) in Singapore providing an Islamic education. The schoolgirls cover their heads with Tudung, or head-scarfs, something which is not allowed in Singapore's mainstream schools.
