Coriander Leaf is a cutting-edge Restaurant offering an innovative fusion fare of Mediterranean Cuisine, Middle Eastern Cuisine and Asian Cuisine. Helmed by chef Samia Ahad, the restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, all of them superb. Try mixing and matching Thai Cuisine and Indian Cuisine, for example, for a meal of Naan bread with mint chutney, followed by rack of lamb and Thai barramundi curry. Coriander Leaf also has a small deli and cooking studio. If sufficiently enamoured of the food - most people are - sign up for the restaurant's cooking classes.
The Coriander Leaf may try fusing cuisines from time to time, but this will not be its focus and it will stay away from being labeled a 'fusion place.' However, we plan to be strongly fusion in the presentation of food and menus, plating our food western style as opposed to family style.
