Crystal Jade Dining IN new 'Dining In' branding does not say much.
The restaurant offers a menu that serves modern Cantonese Cuisine through an artistic presentation. Where creativity and touch of finesse makes dining an undisputed pleasure.
The main room itself is rather modest in comparison, though the chairs look interesting with knobs and door knockers sticking out from behind.
Like many of the restaurants in VivoCity, this has a waterfront view that looks out to Sentosa, with the wharf and HarbourFront's Cruise Centre visible from the sides. There are common Cantonese roast items and soups, but many of the dishes are unique to this outlet. The concept here is one that emphasises 'fresh, healthy and nutritious' ingredients, with a section of the menu devoted to healthy dishes.
The outlet is part of the renowned Crystal Jade group of restaurants.
