Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant has crisp, contemporary decor - apart from the etched glass windows. This flagship outlet has won accolades of awards, and serves a menu of exquisite Cantonese Cuisine, amidst a stately elegant ambience.
The restaurant serves excellent Hong Kong Food. At Crystal Jade, the noodles are fried in typical Hong Kong style, with lots of wok smell which is import for a good plate of fried noodles.
Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant also serves excellent roast goose and "live" seafood such as baked live prawns which are full of flavour without the added MSG. This place has good value menus, especially for groups of 10.
