Devil's Curry obtains its name as a result of the spiciness of the dish, hot enough to make steam come out of your ears! The spices used are candle nut, tumeric, mustard powder and tonnes of chilli. These days, the meats used are chicken and pork, but in the past, other parts of the pig were added, including offal.
