Essential Brew - "the cozy tea place @ Holland Village", is a tea cafe and restaurant located in Holland Village, a vibrant food district in Western Singapore. The restaurant's main concept lies in the notion of "tea-infused cuisine", offering an eclectic dining experience.
Offering a unique spread of Tea-infused cuisine and drinks at reasonable prices, Esssential Brew offers a "cozy haven" to chill out for patrons with its plush red cushions strewn across a Japanese-style platform. Regular dining is available downstairs but the comfy setting upstairs is the all-time favourite to wind down and relax.
Featured dishes include the mouth-watering "Jasmine Cod Fillet, Honey Mustard Chicken and Earl Grey Mussels" and Grilled Tofu. Recommended premium grade Chinese Teas include "Royal Daffodil and Dragon Pearl Jasmine". These are accompanied by a wide array of enticing shakes, freezes and coolers like "Berry Flurry, Alpine Mist and Lingerin Angel" for a contemporary twist. Ice-blended drinks like the Scarlet Frost and Vanilla Obsession also go great with the home-made Jasmine Tiramisu and Apple Crumble.
Birthday Parties are a frequent sight at Essential Brew where choices of a 4-course set meal or a buffet spread is available. Decor of helium-filled balloons, birthday streamers and buntings and promotional gifts are included.
Corporate Functions and events intended for an informal setting are commonly held at the restaurant with choices of a private function room or the second floor window area.
Essential Brew's Set Lunch Specials start from $9.95+ to $14.95+ for a 3-course set. These can be upgraded to 5-courses with an addition of only $5 or $8! Free Valet Parking services are also provided with a min of 4 set meals ordered.
