Believe it or not, there are about a dozen farms in Singapore, rearing and growing hydroponic vegetables, frogs, birds, goats, bees, eggs, fish and Orchids. They are mostly concentrated around the Choa Chu Kang area and all of them are open to visits from the public. Kids in particular might find them fascinating and, what's more, they're nearly all free.
