First Grade Seafood Palace serves excellent Black Pepper Crab. Fresh crabs are cooked in black pepper with a dash of plum sauce and the latter complements the spice very well. It is highly recommended that you come early to try this mother of all Black Pepper Crab. Otherwise, you will have to queue up in a dingy and stuffy coffee shop waiting for a place. The restaurant will close for the day once all the crabs are sold.
