Hee Peow Soup is a delicious soup that gets its name from the fish maw in the soup ("hee peow" refers to fish maw) and its flavour from the variety of ingredients that are used. These include minced pork balls, fish balls, minced prawn balls, egg roll stuffed with minced pork, cabbage, and of course, fish maw. The soup's stock is made from pork bones.
